The original painting was a birthday gift to a special summer camp friend. We met in grade school, we spent many summers, hiking, backpacking, laughing and singing camp songs. One of our favorite songs was written by another camper, titled, “I Found You in the Mountains.” These peaks hold a special place in our hearts, we have climbed them numerous times and they were always our view from camp.
